Returns

We accept return requests made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at shreeramenterpriseofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return.
  • Photos (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please note that items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the product to the return address provided. The item must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shreeramenterpriseofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging.
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned parcel. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
